This 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome offers a spacious wooden deck with beautiful long range mountain views, paved access, WIFI, internet phone, 5 cable TV's with 2 DVD players, sleeper sofa, central A/C and heat, gas log fireplace and pool/ping pong table. WHEN YOU RENT THIS BEAUTIFUL TOWN HOME FOR 7 NIGHTS, YOU ONLY PAY FOR 6 NIGHTS! WHEN YOU RENT THIS HOME FOR A MONTH (4 WEEKS), YOU ONLY PAY FOR 3 WEEKS! When you rent this beautiful town home for 7 nights, you will get one night free; when you rent this town home for 1 month, you get a week free! If you'd like to hike the Appalachian Trail, Sam's Gap is just 7 miles away by vehicle. Discover the Sam's Gap to Big Bald hike. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 7 h 17 min to complete. This is a popular trail for backpacking, birding, and hiking. Dogs are allowed on the trail but must be leashed. A well-behaved dog may be permitted by the owner, provided the dog is crated when left alone. We also require that dogs not be allowed on all beds and furniture nor scratching flooring and crated when left alone. Provided towels and linens are NOT for pet use. Please be a responsible pet owner. Pet owners who do not follow the rules are subject to additional cleaning fees. Respecting these guidelines enables us to continue to offer a home for pets and their families. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 is required prior to arrival. Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog and an additional pet fee will be required to be paid. We will request the additional monies after the reservation is confirmed. IF ANY PET IS BROUGHT TO THE PREMISES WITHOUT RECEIVING PRIOR APPROVAL AND/OR THE $75 PER PET FEE BEING PAID, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $500 PET PENALTY FOR EACH UNAUTHORIZED PET AND SUBJECT TO BEING ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY! We STRONGLY recommend our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Often mountain roads can become impassable from heavy snowfall. We encourage our guests to be prepared with extra supplies such as food/beverages etc. We do recommend 4WD or AWD for most properties. Do not attempt to maneuver around mountain roads if you are not familiar with how to operate a vehicle in the snow or a vehicle with tire chains in the snow. Please observe local weather advisement guidelines.

First of all, that view!! It was absolutely gorgeous out while we were there in early June. The weather was
about 10 cooler up at the house than it was in Asheville. The house was exactly like pictured, plenty of
room for the family to spread out comfortably. Bathrooms on all 3 floors was a plus. Plenty of throw
blankets to cuddle with. Stocked kitchen. Great family games to play. And great wifi too surprisingly. We had
such a great time we extended an extra day while we were there. The management company was
so responsive the whole time, responded to texts quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely stay
again!

We hiked the Appalachian trail at Sams Gap which was just a short drive away.

Beautiful property with spectacular views! The property was just as described & shown in the pictures.
The views from the deck were absolutely stunning. We had a winter storm that came through on the
weekend we were staying; therefore, the road conditions were extremely hazardous. I STRONGLY
recommend getting to the house during day time and in good weather. My F150 with 4-low could not
overcome some of the hairpin turns in the snow/icy conditions. We had to leave our truck on the side of
the road about 1.5 miles from the house. It was a beautiful hike back to get the truck back the next day;
the snow & ice made it a winter-wonderland. Also would like to mention major thanks & kudos to Jill and
Rick (who are residents of one of the cabins); they helped us in the dark carry luggage & even drive their
own car to help us get to our house. Very nice folks & our families & friends had an amazing time minus
the night-time driving/slipping in the icy-snow. Would recommend this house for sure!

Absolutely Perfect! This property was exactly as described in the listing. The layout of the home was
perfect for our group of people. My wife and I enjoyed the privacy of the 2nd Floor Master Bedroom
while the rest of the family spread out on the 1st and lower levels. The house is very well maintained
and was immaculate when we arrived. We couldn't have been happier with the property. One thing to
point out is the access road to get to the cabin. It was mostly snow covered when we got there. 4WD
should seriously be considered in the winter months. We ended up leaving some vehicles at the bottom
of the mountain but it wasn't that much of an inconvenience. We would definitely recommend this
property.

Fabulous CLEAN mountain home We had a family Thanksgiving here - fully stocked kitchen - we brought
so much that we didnt need just because we were not sure - super clean - comfy beds! The only thing Id
warn about is if you have someone who goes to bed before the rest - it may be noisy especially in the
bunk room from the noise upstairs. Minor issue for us but could be a problem for others - maybe bring
a sound machine. Everything else was so wonderful! We had 6 adults, 3 adult kids, and 1 10yo. Everyone
was able to enjoy the ping pong table, the games, and plenty of room to relax and be together but also
spread out. Nice touches with everything being labeled, and easy to locate. Excellent communication
with the realty company. Would absolutely stay again!
