This ski slope mountain home is spacious with 3,544 square feet and three levels of living. It has two primary suites on the main level w/large closets and updated baths. Both suites offer deck access and beautiful views of the ski slopes and a long range view of the mountains. The updated kitchen has new cabinets and stainless appliances, granite counters and island for gatherings while cooking. The lower level offers a wet bar, master suite, updated bath, huge family space and access to a large covered deck to enjoy the views. Lowest level is accessed from an exterior staircase and door which offers a private apartment area w/kitchen, living room and 2 more bedrooms. Due to the possibility of slick stairs, this apartment level will be closed during January and February. There are two bedrooms with king beds on the first floor, the second floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, plus another bedroom with twin beds pushed together to make another king, and bunk beds along the wall of the living area. The lowest level has one bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed. There are also 2 roll-away beds if needed. Plenty of room for 15 people! The main level deck includes furniture and gas grill. The lower level also has deck furniture. The lowest level has a half deck with a table and chairs. All three levels have TVs in the main living areas. The owners are social members of the Wolf Laurel Country Club which gives renters access to the dining room. A PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT A CHARGE OF $150 FOR ONE WEEK OF DINING AND/OR GOLF. GOLF FEES OF $95 FOR 18 HOLES STILL APPLY.
