What a lovely new addition to our rental program! This beautiful one-bedroom condo is located on the top floor of the first building which allows it to have a cathedral ceiling. Start the propane logs in the winter and enjoy the visual concept as well as the warmth! During the summer months, spend time on the private balcony enjoying the breathtaking view! The parking lot is easy to access right off the main road into Wolf Laurel and is paved. The condos are located right next to the Wolf Laurel Country Club. Since the owner is a social member of the club, you will have access to the fine dining, bar area and workout facility during your stay. Spend the day hiking the Nature Trail which leads to the top of the Bald Mountain, part of the Appalachian Trail! Beautiful! No Pets Please. Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am -5:00 pm . Bedroom Layout: 1-Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, sleeps 4. Bedroom 1: One King Bedroom (2 guests), One Queen Sofa Bed. Please note: We highly recommend that you drive an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle from December through February in case of inclement weather. BEGINNING SPRING OF 2023, ALL RENTERS WANTING ACCESS TO DINING AT THE COUNTRY CLUB AND PLAYING GOLF WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE AN INFORMATION FORM TO BE RETURNED TO WOLF MOUNTAIN REALTY ONE WEEK PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. A PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT A CHARGE OF $150 FOR ONE WEEK OF DINING AND/OR GOLF. GOLF FEES OF $95 FOR 18 HOLES STILL APPLY.
