This cozy cabin is new on our rental list and offers a nice view from a beautiful brand new deck! There are two bedrooms on the main floor (queen bed in one and two twins in the other) along with two full bathrooms. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are one large room with an open concept. The lower floor has it's own access and includes a ping-pong table, a bedroom with two full beds and full bathroom, and a sitting area with checkers. The owner has a social membership to the country club which allows renters to enjoy the fine cuisine and bar. No pets, please. A FOUR-WHEEL OR ALL WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE WILL BE REQUIRED DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. BEGINNING SPRING OF 2023, ALL RENTERS WANTING ACCESS TO DINING AT THE COUNTRY CLUB AND PLAYING GOLF WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE AN INFORMATION FORM TO BE RETURNED TO WOLF MOUNTAIN REALTY ONE WEEK PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. A PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT A CHARGE OF $150 FOR ONE WEEK OF DINING AND/OR GOLF. GOLF FEES OF $95 FOR 18 HOLES STILL APPLY.
