The main floor has two bedrooms with queen beds (both new mattresses) and two full bathrooms. You will find another bedroom downstairs. This bedroom has two twin beds and a half bath plus it's own TV and sitting area. This cottage is perfect for skiers because it is just 5 minutes from the slopes and easier access during inclement weather! This home at 4500ft elevation does not offer A/C. This location is close to the Appalachian Trail and country club. BEGINNING SPRING OF 2023, ALL RENTERS WANTING ACCESS TO DINING AT THE COUNTRY CLUB AND PLAYING GOLF WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE AN INFORMATION FORM TO BE RETURNED TO WOLF MOUNTAIN REALTY ONE WEEK PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. A PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT A CHARGE OF $150 FOR ONE WEEK OF DINING AND/OR GOLF. GOLF FEES OF $95 FOR 18 HOLES STILL APPLY.
