There are two bedroom suites (both with queen size beds), an open concept kitchen/dinette/living room area, two blow-up mattresses for those with 6 family members, and a private deck. The propane logs offer a beautiful atmosphere during the winters. Great get-away for Spring, Summer, Fall and/or Winter! The owner is a full member of the country club which gives renters dining and golf privileges and also a member of the Village Amenities for use of the pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, and the trout pond. Great for the ski season also since the villas are located about one mile from the ski lodge and off the main, paved access road. You will truly enjoy this beautiful villa any time of the year! Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am -5:00 pm. Bedroom Layout: 2-Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, sleeps 4. Bedroom 1: One Queen Bedroom (2 guests), Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom (2 guests). Please note: We highly recommend that you drive an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle from December thru February in case of inclement weather. BEGINNING SPRING OF 2023, ALL RENTERS WANTING ACCESS TO DINING AT THE COUNTRY CLUB AND PLAYING GOLF WILL HAVE TO CONTACT WOLF MOUNTAIN REALTY TO REQUEST A FORM WHICH WILL BE COMPLETED BY THIS OFFICE AND FORWARDED TO THE CLUB. A PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT A CHARGE OF $150 PAID DIRECTLY TO THE CLUB FOR ONE WEEK OF DINING AND/OR GOLF. GREEN AND CART FEES NOT INCLUDED.
