There's an attic fan to keep the cool mountain air moving in the summer months. This villa is located next door to Villa 902 for families and friends who want to play together, but not stay together! The owner is a member of the country club which allows you access to fine dining and golf! No pets, please. During winter conditions, a 4WD vehicle is highly recommended. BEGINNING SPRING OF 2023, ALL RENTERS WANTING ACCESS TO DINING AT THE COUNTRY CLUB AND PLAYING GOLF WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE AN INFORMATION FORM TO BE RETURNED TO WOLF MOUNTAIN REALTY ONE WEEK PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. A PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT A CHARGE OF $150 FOR ONE WEEK OF DINING AND/OR GOLF. GOLF FEES OF $95 FOR 18 HOLES STILL APPLY.
