Villa 903 is a lovely 2-bedroom/2-bathroom villa located in Eagle's Nest which is right beside the Wolf Laurel Country Club which is available for dining and also for delicious drinks and conversation in the bar. The villa features 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, each having their own full bath. The kitchen opens into the dining and living areas with a TV and propane log fireplace. The ceiling fans and attic fan will keep the cool mountain air moving in the summer months. Villa 902 is next door, so this is perfect for families who want their own spaces but still be close together. The country club is within walking distance for the summer months and the Hatley Pointe Ski Resort is less than a quarter of a mile down the road which features a brand new ski lodge, all new ski equipment and The Smoke and Timber restaurant and bar which is located on the second floor of the ski lodge. During winter conditions, a 4WD or all-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended. BEGINNING SPRING OF 2023, ALL RENTERS WANTING ACCESS TO DINING AT THE COUNTRY CLUB AND PLAYING GOLF WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE AN INFORMATION FORM TO BE RETURNED TO WOLF MOUNTAIN REALTY ONE WEEK PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. A PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT A CHARGE OF $150 FOR ONE WEEK OF DINING AND/OR GOLF. GOLF FEES OF $95 FOR 18 HOLES STILL APPLY.
