Villa 902 is a lovely 2-bedroom/2-bathroom villa located in Eagle's Nest which is right beside the Wolf Laurel Country Club which is available for golf, dining and also for delicious drinks and conversation in the bar. The villa features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, each having their own full bath. The kitchen opens into the dining and living areas with a TV and propane log fireplace. The ceiling fans and attic fan will keep the cool mountain air moving in the summer months. Villa 903 is next door, so this is perfect for families who want their own spaces but still be close together. The country club is within walking distance for the summer months and the Hatley Pointe Ski Resort is less than a quarter of a mile down the road which features a brand new ski lodge, all new ski equipment and The Smoke and Timber restaurant and bar which is located on the second floor of the ski lodge. With the owner being a member of the Village Amenities, you have access to the swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball and trout pond. During winter conditions, a 4WD or all-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended.
